Bhavna Harchandrai

Bhavna, is a Fitness Instructor par excellence with over 17 years of experience. She holds an International Certification from American Council on Exercise (A.C.E.) and various other certifications from Biokinetix ( Nike), Reebok, Zumba and Power Plate. She has written fitness-related articles for all major publications in the city and has been a columnist for the Standard Chartered Mumbai Marathon. Her USP is 'Cross-Training' i.e. to offer a variety of interesting classes such as Aerobics, Step, Box-er-cise, Mat Pilates, Power Yoga, stability ball, Jukari Fit-to- Flex, Dancer-cise, Bootcamp & Zumba during each session. Each class is peppy, inspiring and easy to follow to ensure that you work out to your maximum potential and never, ever get bored!

Priyanka Mehta

Priyanka is a vibrant trained Kathak dancer. She has done her diploma in dance from Terence Lewis Academy, her major subjects being Contemporary, Jazz, Ballet, Modern Contemporary. She has done a few shows with the Terence Lewis Academy during the course of the diploma. She has choreographed for college festivals. Her forte is to do Choreography for Wedding Sangeets, and has done over a dozen sangeets in the last 2 years. Currently she will be conducting dance classes for kids and adults at Nitrro in Bollywood, Jazz and Ballet and many more forms.

Indoor Cycling

Thomas Coelho

Thomas is a Spinning co-ordinator. He has attended workshop on TRX by Danny Barlet. He has also attended workshops on Viper and Rip training. He has trained for  Procycling by Fitness First. He has also done K11Body Building and Fitness course in 2011. He also knows Functional Training Activities. Thomas has attended the Bodypump training of the Les Milles Program. He is also trained for weight loss, weight gain and cardiovascular programs.
